Discovery brief.
Try the intake experience using non-sensitive example answers. The production version will securely submit this information to the studio.
The mandate.
Every paying project must have an exact accepted version of the scope. This page demonstrates the experience without collecting signatures.
No document presented here is a binding contract. The self-project uses an internal charter; an external client would require an approved agreement.
Agreement record
Four ways forward.
These represent alternative strategic territories for the chosen project. Selecting one records a browser-only preference, not a legal approval.
Milestones.
Completion is calculated from approved deliverables. “In progress” and “Awaiting approval” remain incomplete until accepted. Switch to Studio preview to simulate updates.
Files & approvals.
The real portal will contain permission-controlled files, review comments and explicit approvals of exact versions.
Planned folders
How approvals will work
- Studio uploads a numbered deliverable version.
- Client receives a review notification.
- Client approves or requests changes.
- System records exact version, actor and time.
- Only an accepted deliverable advances completion.
Billing.
Payment stages
Payment integrity
Production payment status must come from a verified provider webhook or an authorised financial reconciliation. A client cannot mark an invoice paid through a browser control.
